Eric came by today to look at some water pressure problems I've been having. He called ahead of time to give me an ETA and arrived as scheduled. Very professional and polite. He ensured I understood what the problem was, how it happened, and what happens next. He answered the questions I had. Service couldn't have been better. Definitely recommend.

So impressed with the service I received by Eric Kiolbassa! He was very professional, efficient and friendly. He is very knowledgeable in his field. My home is older and it seems like everything is due for replacement. He offered valuable advice for maintenance and upgrades for the future. I really appreciate when people are honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company!

So over the last few months we have had to call these guys out to our home. Today we needed our pipes unclogged. Hugo came out and was absolutely so professional and on time. I explained that I was the daughter to the owner of the house and would relay info back to my mom as she was not feeling well. He explained to me what he needed to do and then would be able to advise us on how to handle the problem. He did exactly that and did nothing without my moms approval to continue the work. He even cleaned up before he left. Over the last few months we have had to have these guys come out many times and cannot express my gratefulness in how they are patient with my mom and myself. Thank you San Antonio Plumbing for caring for our Seniors and NOT taking advantage of them. 9h also thanks to Eric who has also been to our house and exemplified pure professionalism just as Hugo.

Fair price, great service! I found out about this company from my home warranty company. We’ve used several plumbers over the years, but San Antonio Plumbing Co is now our go to! They are an honest company that has the customer’s interest in mind and they don’t try to up sale. I don’t remember the names of the plumbers who installed our water heater, but Hugo has been by a couple times and he is absolutely great!
